My mission at Artisport is to teach as many people as possible how to be their own personal trainer.


What I want to convey with Personal Training is:

    How to apply the right techniqueUse muscles in the right wayNot only knowing what, but also understanding whyHow often you should train and how to organize itProgressive overload > how to build musclesEffect of strength trainingHow to become stronger the importance of restMaking your training fun and challengingConsistency above all perfection


Strength training is also often a perfect metaphor for real life.


And I must have forgotten something. Everyone goes at their own pace and what they feel comfortable with. Nutritional guidance or coaching is separate from personal training, but be sure to ask about the options!
